Congofolies at the Atomium

"This has definately been the most amazing experience up to now!". Nathalie still can't believe it really happened: on Sunday 27th of June 2010, she was standing on stage in front of thousands of people to host and interpret the official celebration of the 50th anniversary of the independence of the DRCongo!

As if this honour and beautiful fireworks at the end of the event weren't breathtaking enough, special guests from overseas stood by her to perform live on stage for the occasion.

Ladies and gentlemen: Damian Marley and Nas!

On air for the very first time!

This year, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the independence of the DRC. That's why FM Brussel contacted Nathalie Bay to ask her to do a special about the Congolese way of life in Brussels.

She guided reporter Saïd all week in the Matonge area to show him her favourite spots.
